VALORANT Regional Leagues (VRLs) are the first Riot-sanctioned intercontinental esports circuits for VALORANT. As an accessible competition broadcast locally, the VRLs regroup the best up and coming teams from Europe, Central Asia, Middle East & North Africa. The VRLs are the peak of regional VALORANT esports, providing highly competitive platform talent development with a distinctly national flair. The VRL MENA: Resilience is the esports circuit for the GCC, Levant and North African countries. Levant and North Africa: Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Libya. FAQ
[Streaming] 1. If my team's match is not featured on the Valorant channels, will I be able to stream it myself? Players actively playing in the VRL can broadcast their game's POV as long as it is not already being streamed on the official channels. All player stream must have a minimum delay of 3 minutes. Please check the rule book for more information. [Tournament Mechanics] 2. Where will the regional qualifiers be located? The entire tournament will be online [Tournament Mechanics] 3. Can we change a player in case of an emergency? Provided a substitute player has been registered, they can join the game instead of the original player.
